The gap in emergency healthcare wasn't new, but the pandemic made it impossible to ignore. This is the story of how a team of doctors and techies decided to rewrite the rules of survival.
The problem of delayed medical care was always big, but it felt insurmountable when the pandemic arrived. As the healthcare infrastructure stretched beyond its limits, our founding team of dedicated doctors and technologists went to work.
Working rigorously to save lives in rural and remote areas, we traversed over 250 villages across India. We witnessed firsthand how the immense distance between a patient and a medical expert was costing lives. It became clear: if the patient couldn't reach the hospital in time, we had to bring the hospital to the patient.
This realization ignited our research. We built our first systems, started supporting big healthcare brands, and proved that connected ambulances save lives.
We knew that unserved rural populations needed this system more than anyone else. But as we expanded, a stark new reality emerged: Urban India needs this instantly.
The modern city lifestyle—characterized by a lack of pure food, clean air, safe water, and open space—has triggered a massive surge in critical healthcare issues like strokes and cardiac arrests compared to rural areas.
In the city, the enemy isn't distance; it is traffic and time. We arrived in urban centers to solve this exact bottleneck, ensuring treatment begins the moment the ambulance doors close, not when they reach the hospital.
No one should ever lose their life due to a shortage of medical experts or a lack of time during transit. We are building the nervous system of India's emergency response.
Our commitment to quality ensures that our technology meets both national and international standards for medical data handling and vehicle safety.
