What you choose to save

The health space is for adults aged 18 or older saving their own records. It stores the health details you enter, uploaded reports, reviewed measurements, consent records and profile-review checklist, including any body details and everyday habits you choose to enter. Only include emergency contact details you have permission to save.

Storage and access

Health details and report files are encrypted at rest in private server storage outside the public website folder. Sign-in checks restrict normal application access to your customer account. Authorised server administrators can technically access the server and its encryption keys; this is not end-to-end encryption. HTTPS protects the connection to the live website.

Optional OCR

When you select OCR and consent, the entire chosen report is sent to Google Gemini for transcription through a billing-enabled API project configured by Resculance. Your PDF or image may contain identifying information. Google processes that submission under its service terms, including limited safety retention; it is not guaranteed to remain in India. No report is sent to OCR merely because you upload it.

Purpose and limits

OCR copies report text; you must check it before it becomes chart data. The service does not diagnose, prescribe or provide AI medical advice. Profile completeness measures five reviewed sections, not clinical health. Each adds 20%; choosing not to share details does not reduce the value of your choices. Health records are separate from sales enquiries and are not displayed in the sales admin inbox. Marketing analytics and the product chatbot are omitted from the private health pages.

Keep, export or remove

Your active records remain until you delete them. You can download an original report, export the health data or delete individual reports. The space allows up to 20 reports and 80 MB per account. Hosting backups may retain earlier copies according to Resculance’s backup retention arrangements; deletion from the active service does not instantly erase those backups or a provider’s safety logs.
