At Resculance India ("us", "we", or "our"), privacy is a fundamental human right. We build 5G-connected emergency systems designed to save lives, and doing so requires the collection and transmission of highly sensitive data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, protect, and use data across our website, mobile applications, and proprietary ambulance hardware platforms.
By utilizing our website (resculance.in), our Command Center software, or our vehicle hardware (collectively, the "Services"), you consent to the data practices described in this document. We are committed to compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, as well as global healthcare data standards including DISHA guidelines.
1. Information We Collect
To provide our life-saving Services and improve user experience, we collect information across three primary categories:
A. Personal Identification Data
When you request a quote, schedule a demo, or create a portal account, we collect information required to identify and communicate with you:
- Contact Information: Full name, email address, and mobile number.
- Professional Information: Hospital or fleet name, your designation, and organizational address.
- Account Credentials: Hashed passwords, OTP verification records, and secure authentication tokens.
B. Medical & Telemetry Data (Ambulance Hardware)
If you are an active client utilizing our "Ambu Live" or "Ambu Life" platforms, our hardware collects and transmits operational and medical data. Note: Patient data is strictly processed on behalf of the hospital/client. Resculance acts as a secure data processor, not a data owner.
- Patient Vitals: Real-time transmission of ECG, SpO2, Blood Pressure, and pulse via integrated multipara monitors.
- Audio/Video Feeds: Encrypted live streams from PTZ cabin cameras for telemedicine consultations.
- e-PCR Records: Digital Patient Care Records generated by paramedics on our mobile applications.
C. Vehicle & Fleet Operational Data
To ensure ambulance efficiency and routing, our IoT gateways continuously monitor:
- Location Data: Real-time GPS coordinates, speed, and heading.
- Vehicle Health: Battery voltage, engine status, and router connectivity strength (5G/4G failover logs).
2. How We Use Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical data to third-party data brokers. The data we collect is used exclusively for the following operational purposes:
- Emergency Response Execution: To route ambulances efficiently and transmit life-saving vitals to destination hospitals in real-time.
- Service Provisioning: To provide you with accurate quotes, account access, and tailored hardware recommendations.
- Security & Monitoring: To detect hardware failures, network dropouts, or unauthorized access attempts to your fleet network.
- Communication: To send SMS/email notifications regarding service updates, OTPs, support ticket resolutions, and billing.
- Analytics: To analyze website traffic and application usage to improve UI/UX design (anonymized data only).
3. Data Security & Encryption
Securing medical and location data is our highest priority. We implement enterprise-grade security measures at both the hardware and software levels:
- End-to-End Encryption: All live video feeds and patient vitals are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption protocols.
- Hardware Level Security: Our 5G routers feature built-in firewalls and secure VPN tunnels directly to the hospital's localized network.
- Data Localization: All core databases, cloud storage, and routing servers are physically located within the Republic of India to comply with national data sovereignty laws.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ trusted third-party companies to facilitate our Services. These entities have access to your Personal Data strictly to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are legally bound by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Examples include:
- Cloud Infrastructure: AWS/Google Cloud (India Regions) for secure server hosting.
- Authentication: Google OAuth for secure single sign-on (SSO) login.
- Communications: Twilio/WhatsApp APIs for delivering OTPs and system alerts.
5. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Quote requests and general inquiries are retained to provide ongoing sales support. Fleet telemetry and anonymized operational data may be kept for analytical purposes to improve our AI routing algorithms.
Medical e-PCR data and video streams are not permanently stored by Resculance. They are securely transmitted to the client hospital's internal servers and subsequently purged from our transit nodes according to our strict data-lifecycle policies.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you possess specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
