Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Resculance.in. We pride ourselves on providing high-security, registered hardware solutions. Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order, making a payment, or initiating a vendor registration with Resculance India, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the specialized, bespoke, and technical nature of our products, all sales are final, and strict non-refundable fees apply to all transactions.

1. Nature of Products and Technical Restrictions

It is crucial for the Client/Vendor to understand the hardware architecture of the products supplied by Resculance India before purchase.

  • One-Time Programmable (OTP) / Hard Part Repository: Our hardware utilizes a specific "Hard Part Repository" technology. Once a product is allocated to a specific party and the registration process is initiated, the hardware’s unique identity is permanently written into the physical memory.
  • Non-Rewritable & Non-Reusable: Due to hardware restrictions, this writing process is irreversible. The device cannot be wiped, reset, overwritten, or repurposed for any other client.
  • Exemption from Standard Return Policies: As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020, goods that are made to order or are clearly personalized/customized are exempt from standard return rights. Our products fall strictly under this category.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy (Post-Registration)

Once an order is placed, payment is completed, and the product has been registered under the party name (Client/Vendor), the transaction is considered completed and closed.

  • Zero Refund: Under no circumstances, situation, or argument will a refund be issued once the product registration data has been written to the hardware.
  • No Exchange/Reuse: As the hardware is permanently locked to the registered party, it cannot be returned to inventory or sold to another customer. Therefore, returns are not accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Processing and Activation Fees

To maintain the integrity of our official records and cover the administrative costs of digital documentation, specific fees are applicable to every order. These fees are non-refundable immediately upon the initiation of the order process.

A. Processing Fee: ₹1,999/- INR

Covers administrative overhead, order queue management, and pre-allocation of hardware resources. Strictly non-refundable.

B. Vendor Activation Fee: ₹499/- INR

Utilized for official documentation, digital record-keeping, and KYC verification. Once data entry begins, this fee is fully consumed.

Total Minimum Deduction (on Cancellation): ₹2,498/- INR

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Post-Registration: Cancellation is not permitted. Once the hardware registration process has commenced, the order is locked.
  • Pre-Registration: If a cancellation is requested before the hardware writing process begins (at the sole discretion of Resculance India), the client is liable to pay the Processing Fee (₹1,999) and Vendor Activation Fee (₹499). If full payment was made, these amounts will be deducted from any potential residual refund.

Cancellation by Resculance India

Resculance India reserves the right to cancel an order if the client fails to provide necessary documentation, violates terms of service, or if stock is unavailable. In cases of violation by the client, the Processing and Activation fees remain non-refundable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Resculance India is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics partners, natural disasters, or force majeure events. Since the product is non-returnable, rejection of delivery by the client does not constitute a valid return. The client will not be refunded if they refuse to accept the package.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian Law:

  • Resculance India and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
  • The maximum liability of Resculance India in any transaction shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer, less the non-refundable fees (₹1,999 + ₹499).

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this policy or the breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Gautambuddh Nagar, UP, India.

By transacting with Resculance.in, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree that the fees and "No Refund" clauses are reasonable and binding due to the technical nature of the hardware.
